Brand protection
We recognise that counterfeiting and illegal trade is a global problem that requires strong action and international cooperation between different organisations, entities, and Law Enforcement Agencies. Our institute specialises with selected partners in providing comprehensive brand protection and we are ready to contribute our expertise and experience to combat this problem.
Analysis and investigation
Our team of experts will carry out a thorough analysis of the illegal trade in your area of operation. With the help of our partners and advanced analytical tools, we can identify patterns for you, analyse trade routes, key players and organised criminal groups linked to illicit trade. With this information, you will have a strong basis for taking effective countermeasures that we can implement on your behalf.
Standard Operational Procedures and Digitalisation
To establish clear guidelines to fight illegal trade, it is essential for companies to put in place streamlined operational protocols. These protocols can be digitised to improve accessibility and implementation. The use of more appealing terminology, such as "investigative standard" instead of "standard operating procedure", can effectively engage stakeholders. These procedures should cover all mandatory activities in a systematic way, while allowing for customisation to meet the requirements of the parties. The presence of a web-based platform serving as a centralised hub for authorisation procedures, uniform data entry and secure exchange of information on a need-to-know basis is crucial.
Education and awareness raising
We believe that awareness raising, and education is key to reduce the demand for illegal products. We will develop tailored education programmes that target different audiences, including the public, businesses and government institutions. These programmes will provide information on the risks of illegal trade and promote ethical consumption.
Cooperation with law enforcement authorities
Cooperation with law enforcement authorities is crucial to effectively fight illegal trade. Our team will work closely with local, national and international law enforcement authorities to share information, analysis and intelligence. Together we will develop strategies to target organised criminal groups and their activities.
Technology solutions
Experience shows that technology plays a key role in the fight against trafficking. Together with our partners, we will use the latest technological solutions such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, transaction tracking and pattern recognition to detect and prevent illicit activities. We will also be able to assist you in implementing appropriate technology systems for monitoring and tracking.
International cooperation
Illicit trade is a global phenomenon that requires international cooperation. Our team, with selected partners, has experience in building and managing international coalitions and working with international organisations. We will work together to share information, coordinate operations, and implement joint countermeasures.
