Representatives of the ICS Ljubljana, at the request of dailies Delo and Večer presented expert views on the tragic events that have occurred in the Izola hospital. An analysis was made of the causes and suggests a system of steps that would have been necessary to regularize the situation. Security situation in health institutions is so acute that responsibility can no longer afford partial and non-systemic solutions. Responsibility for the regulation of the situation is clear. Abuse of this event for political and trade union purposes can not the right direction to solve the accumulated problems.
