The Minister of the Interior, Boštjan Poklukar, MSc, hosted members of the Slovenian Association for Corporate Security at the April meeting. The association has a recognized status as a key partner of the Police and the Ministry of the Interior in their joint efforts to improve the security and resilience of society.

The meeting focused on current security challenges, the importance of systemic resilience, and the need for close cooperation between state and private stakeholders. The Minister particularly emphasized the important role of corporate security representatives in organizations that manage critical processes and infrastructure, and publicly thanked them for their invaluable contribution to the secure and uninterrupted operation of these systems.

At the end of the meeting, the President of the Association, Dr. Denis Čaleta, thanked the hosts by presenting a plaque and emphasized the Minister's words that security is a shared responsibility and only with a strong partnership can we build a more resilient society.

The Minister will also express his commitment to partnership by participating in the Days of Corporate Security 2025, which will take place on 19 and 20 May in Brdo pri Kranju, where he will, among other things, participate in the presentation of the prestigious Slovenian Grand Security Award.
