Days of Corporate Security have consolidated the reputation of the most important corporate security event throughout the region. This is evidenced by several factors from the important guests of business and public life at the opening ceremony itself, the number of satisfied participants who this year exceeded the number 200, a whole series of highlights presented by top speakers from Slovenia and abroad and, last but not least, the display of a whole range of the latest technological solutions, which were presented at the conference by various exhibitors.

Through the discussions among experts, individual new trends in the field of comprehensive corporate security were identified. The importance of the process of risk management is also reflected in the information about the participation of strategic management representatives throughout the program of the conference.

An ever-stronger media and professional response certainly encourages the Slovenian Grand Security Award, which is awarded every year by the Institute for Corporate Security Studies to the best in its categories. Chairman of the organizing committee of the conference dr. Denis Čaleta stressed in the opening address that "in the case of winners that they are the lighthouse of excellence, which we will endeavour to follow everybody else".

In the framework of the event, a very important cooperation agreement was signed between the Slovenian Association for Corporate Security and the Association for Corporate Security from Macedonia.

A whole series of events through the conference program also allowed the weaving of new professional acquaintances, the exchange of new experiences and, of course, the professional affirmation of individual experts and providers of security solutions. This year's red thread was certainly linked to the protection of critical infrastructure and the draft law, which is currently in the legislative process of adoption.
