In most countries Intelligence and Security segment represent an important mechanism for protection of national security. Editing the situation in such important areas should be done very carefully and certainly not in front of the public eye. Example of the SOVA and anonymous letters, and especially the response of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, pointing to the fact that in Slovenia a strategic policy does not have a correct understanding of this important area. All this is reflected through the inconsistency of approaches in particular decrease the quality of operation of our Strategic Intelligence and Security Agency (SOVA).
