The first meeting of the entire ECHO consortium, which will address the challenges of critical infrastructure resilience at the local level over the next three years, was held in Athens, Greece at the end of last week.

The meeting was hosted by the project coordinator, and the Institute for Corporate Security Studies was represented by Dr. Denis Čaleta and Dr. Jolanda Modic. The meeting was also attended by the remaining Slovenian partners, namely Telekom Slovenije, Elektro Gorenjska, Gasilska Zveza Slovenije and the municipalities of Jesenice and Kranjska Gora.

We have coordinated with the consortium the goals, expectations and steps for the next few months, when we will focus on refining the pilot scenarios and building a resilience ecosystem.
