Eight General Assembly of the CEDAR Project

27. May 2026

From May 20-21, 2026, partners of the CEDAR project gathered in Palaiseau, France, for a two-day consortium meeting hosted by CEA.

CEDAR aims to strengthen transparency and accountability in public procurement by leveraging European common data spaces, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence.

ICS is leading the Slovenian pilot, which focuses on improving the management of low-value tenders in the healthcare sector. The pilot is being developed in collaboration with the Celje General Hospital, the Ministries of Interior, Digital Transformation, and Health, as well as our local technical partner, SNEP.

A central topic of the meeting was a focused discussion on the implementation of anomaly indicators, markers that flag the potential deviations from expected procurement processes identified in the data. Partners reviewed the progress of development and agreed on final refinements ahead of the validation activities planned for the closing months of the project.
