Yesterday, on December 5, 2023, a successful online ECSCI Remote Workshop took place. The event was titled "Collaborative Standardisation and Policy Making for Greater CI Resilience in Europe" and aimed to bring together various experts and stakeholders in the field of critical infrastructure (CI) resilience in Europe. The Institute for Corporate Security Studies played an important role in the organization.

The workshop's goal was to formulate a common strategy for effective collaboration in standardization and policy-making, contributing to increased resilience of critical infrastructure in Europe. During the event, concrete measures were coordinated to enhance understanding of the Commission's long-term vision on critical infrastructure resilience, acknowledge experiences and lessons learned from completed projects funded by the European Union, identify gaps in current standardization and policy-making activities, and pinpoint opportunities arising within ongoing EU-funded projects.

Participants actively engaged, shared their experiences and knowledge, and contributed to shaping guidelines for future steps in the field of critical infrastructure resilience in Europe. Thanks to all participants for their dedication and contributions to this exceptional workshop.
