Denis Čaleta, Phd. was a guest of the Corporate Security Association at an event organised by the Corporate Security Partner Organisation from North Macedonia. He welcomed the conference participants and said that the complex security environment presents us with increasingly complex challenges to ensure the continuity and security of our organisations. The increasing digitisation and the introduction of artificial intelligence, which permeates all areas of social and business life, the negative impacts of nature, technological disasters and the challenges posed by man, are having a profound impact on the functioning of our organisations. Corporate security, as one of the key business activities, can be said to be experiencing its star moment, as it is a key tool in the management of business organisations in the hands of strategic management. It is also becoming a close partner to national security authorities in providing complex responses to the challenges we face in the operation of critical infrastructure and the security of the wider societal community. Today's conference is an excellent demonstration that corporate security in North Macedonia has an important place in addressing the security challenges that hinder successful business operations. Cooperation and exchange of good practices and experiences are particularly important in this context.
