On Friday, October 24, 2025, ICS Ljubljana, together with the Slovenian part of the CEDAR project team, conducted a pilot workshop at Celje General Hospital (SBCE).

The workshop was intended to demonstrate and validate the new CEDAR tools developed to increase transparency in the management of record orders in healthcare. The technology developers were SNEP and the Slovenian Police, and the users were team members from SBCE and the Police.

The participants had the opportunity to see how data openness and the use of modern technologies can contribute to a broader and more efficient review of record orders, both tenders and offers, and a better understanding of the risks in their implementation.

The workshop stimulated a constructive discussion on the existing challenges in the field of public procurement and how the CEDAR project can help improve the efficiency of processes. The feedback from the participants will be crucial for further development and adaptation of the tools to the actual needs of users.
