Supervision

Supervision of the operation of the integrated security system and the security risk management system is of crucial importance for determining the compliance of the operation and management of the systems with the laws, standards, business policy, internal rules and plans and contractual obligations agreed with the contractors.

ICS Ljubljana offers organizations an independent professional oversight of the operation of the integrated security and security risk management system at all levels of operation and management. On request, we supervise the operation of the physical security system (security personnel, embedded systems of technical security and mechanical protection, transportation of cash and other values and other forms of private security), control of the operation of the information security system (exposure to intrusions from external and internal environment, suitability of the organization information security, etc.) and controls in other areas and business functions embedded in integrated security processes and security risk management processes.

A specific segment of surveillance is the testing of emergency scenarios, which are made on the basis of assessments of danger, vulnerability, threat and security risks. Emergency scenarios are intended for regular use and use in the case of testing the performance of an integral security system upon the occurrence of a specific emergency.

After the supervision has been completed, we prepare a report on the findings for the client and give an assessment on the adequacy of the provision of private security, physical and information security services and other related areas.

After completing the control and eliminating the identified deficiencies, the contracting authority also receives a certificate issued by ICS, Ljubljana confirming that the provision of services of private security, physical and information security and other related areas is carried out in accordance with the prescribed legislation, standards, business policy, internal rules and plans and contractual obligations agreed with the contractors.
